On May, 23^rd , 2014, we invited technical directors and engineers of Wuhan Kaiqi Company coming to TPMC office. They provided us with technical guidance and we had detailed negotiation.

From May 12th to 13th, 2014, Purchasing Department colleague of TPMC went on a business trip to Jiangyin mixer & steel manufacturers, and especially investigated the Xingcheng Steel Company which is Central enterprise.

Purchasing Manager ’s factory tours of blenders in Jiangyin

From May 12th to 13th, 2014, our Purchasing Manager was away on business to Jiangyin and visited blender, steel manufacturers. The manager successively visited and inspected Jiangsu Chifeng Electric Power, the central enterprise Xingcheng Special Steel, Jiangyin Petroleum & Chemical, Xinghua Spark Special Steel.

New company personnel regulation is carried out today.

The new Code of company employees was being perfected in the past few days and was supposed to come out before May 20^th. Today it is being released.The new enterprise culture and rules are  made out by amending the old one and adding new regulations, defining the definite responsibilities of various departments, requiring departments performing their duties exactly and efficiently, doing their best. The new payment system is added with the performance appraisal, employee ratings and other rating criteria. New employees’ code will be carried out on trial in June, and be formally implemented in July. I believe, by then, the company will be operated more efficiently.

Learning Activity on Thursday

The weekly discussion activity is arranged to be held at 5:00 pm. The company staff will watch a video about the first section of Foreign Trade Process to improve professional knowledge. There are two topics to be discussed: TPMC’s first edition of remuneration system in 2014 and the inner layout of the new office. Everyone can voice opinions.

The reception of engineers from crane Manufacturer

On May 9th, 2014, we invited engineers coming to TPMC office for negotiation. Engineers are from reputed crane manufacturer, and they plan to visit Bangladesh for installation & commissioning of our TPMC supplied cranes.
