New company personnel regulation is carried out today.

The new Code of company employees was being perfected in the past few days and was supposed to come out before May 20th. Today it is being released.The new enterprise culture and rules are  made out by amending the old one and adding new regulations, defining the definite responsibilities of various departments, requiring departments performing their duties exactly and efficiently, doing their best. The new payment system is added with the performance appraisal, employee ratings and other rating criteria. New employees’ code will be carried out on trial in June, and be formally implemented in July. I believe, by then, the company will be operated more efficiently.
